Modernization of the 2K11 KRUG (SA-4, GANEF)
Anti-Aircraft Missile System
Range of modernization comprises the following:
Modernization of the 1S32M2 Surveillance and Tracking
Station.
Modernization of the 2P24M2 self-propelled launcher.
Range of modernization of the 1S32M Missile
Tracking Station:
Replacement of energy-consuming tube power supply
units voltage up to 300V with modern semiconductor power
suppliers furnished with protection system against short-circuit.
Replacement of the TWT traveling wave tubes in the receiving
systems with semiconductor low-noise amplifiers. The UW1023
Traveling Wave Tubes are to be replaced.
Replacement of the Moving Target Indicator unit based
on storage tubes with the unit based on digital semiconductor
systems of large scale of integration.
Replacement of the television camera and the WPU-44 indicator
with a modern CCD camera equipped with a zoom lens and LCD
display.
Replacement of the synchronizer tube units with a maintenance-free
semiconductor LSI unit.
Replacement of the BAUN scaler electromechanical and mechanical
amplifiers compensation unit with contactless LSI unit.
Replacement of the encoder tube units with a maintenance-free
semiconductor LSI unit.
Replacement of the scaler tube amplifiers with stable
semiconductor amplifiers.
Range
of modernization of the 2P24M2 launcher:
Replacement of the 3B3 power supplier with a modern
semiconductor power supplier protected against short-circuit.
In the place of the old 3B3 tube power supplier, a new 3B3-P1
is installed.
